Our team is seasoned professionals who have extensive experience in title insurance and real-estate, each bringing their unique expertise to the table. They are dedicated to providing exceptional service, building strong relationships with our clients, and ensuring that our business operates with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. It all starts with leadership. A civil engineer leading a title company, might seem a little misplaced, but I've found it to be the perfect fit. Like most industries, construction came to a halt following the financial crisis in the late 2000s, so after nine and a half years of managing commercial construction projects, I found myself without a job and faced with redefining myself and career path. Fortunately, my in-laws were the founders of a successful mortgage company, and I had a front-row seat to watch how their work impacted families and homeowners, so I started a new career as a loan officer eventually leading to oversight of that very company. My position has continued to expand and grow beyond mortgage lending and into the title insurance industry. Leading the entire team at Ibex Title Corporation might just be my most enjoyable role yet.

Professional and personable, Tiffany is an experienced Executive Closer with local connections to most of Minnesota, so your far away closings can still feel right at home. Realtors, Lenders, Buyers and Sellers consistently receive personal service, with efficient and fast communication and flexibility throughout the closing process while giving accurate and understandable answers to title questions. Being raised in a family business, Tiffany is a small business supporter and local business enthusiast who makes the effort to collaborate with local businesses in unique ways and is always willing to discuss ideas on how to blend real estate and mortgage lending with people in the community. Time out of the office is spent on the lake in Alexandria, or local bike trails near Minnetonka, or golfing in St. Michael.

Outside the office, Kristen is a proud mom to her two cats and she likes to spend her summers at the cabin enjoying nature, tackling hands-on projects, and hunting for Minnesota agates.
